A warning about keeping their noses to themselves arrives at Dr. Osborn's lab, along with a gift that triggers a memory in Rose: an unwelcome and volatile blast from the past. Ruby makes a connection between the gift and a previous haunt. After asking about the preciously guarded book that was missing when her mentor died, Ambrosia receives an oddly coded message that points to danger in the Chicago Public Library archives. Milly eats all the pickles, and she doesn't even have to use her newfound mental powers to do it. The investigators learn much in this episode, but they may not like where it leads.
